Hakone
Hakone is a spa town located in the mountainous region of Kanagawa, Japan. Known for its volcanic landscapes, the town is a popular tourist attraction due to the many activities it offers visitors. Hakone is famous for its hot springs, scenic mountain hikes and views of Mount Fuji. The city is also home to the Hakone Open-Air Museum, a large park where numerous open-air art works are displayed.
Four different train stations, a cable car, a bus, a tourist ship and a chairlift are available to help travellers get around the city with ease. With its natural beauty, rich cultural history and excellent spa facilities, Hakone is a popular destination for residents of Japan and foreign visitors.
